Terms & Conditions

1.1) All websites are dynamic designs with new dynamic features online forms. Should you require a more dynamic and interactive design with payment facility and backend management a quote will be drawn up on request.




1.3)  It is the responsibility of the client to supply all material for the development of their site.


1.4) Once all material has been submitted, we will require +- 10 working days for the development of the website. Thereafter a preview link will be sent to you by the designer and you have 7 working days to qualify for one set of free changes.


1.5) After you have received your first set of free changes, all changes are charged at R450 per hour.


1.6) (Optional)All logo designs are charged at R550-R2500 once off subject to a detailed brief and material supplied by the client. You will receive 2 logo designs to choose from.


1.7) Dynamic websites does not include additional requirements such as online shopping facility ,video clips, flash /animation etc. However if you request it you will be quoted accordingly.


1.8) Afriwebs Marketing Agency entitles you to the use of a co.za domain however if you require a dot com, net, info, org etc domain a once off fee of R750 will be charged. A renewal fee is charged annually at R650.


1.9) All clients will be allocated a 15 minute free consult with the designer thereafter the client will be billed at a minimum fee of R300 per hour.


1.10)All websites are copywrited to Afriwebs.


1.10) Each client receives 2 free personalized emails at your domain name.


1.11) All additional mailboxes will be charged at R250 each per month. This does not include aliases but can be arranged with your consultant.

1.12) A 60% deposit is required before any work is given out.

1.13) Once the website has been  designed and if changes are not given in within 7 working days from the time the client has been informed of the completion of the website, then the remaining 40% is due immediately  and changes will be charged thereafter (refer to 1.5).



  2.1) Every 6 months a letter will be faxed or emailed Notifying you of the amount and date of submission.


 2.2) All meta-tags (key words) should be supplied by the client. These are keywords that search engines use to locate your business on the internet.


 2.3) All submissions take +- 3 to 6 weeks to be indexed, if for some reason they are unable to, you will be informed.


 2.4) We cannot guarantee you top rankings on search engines; however we will register your site to enhance your rankings and searching capabilities to all major search engines.


 2.5) Every 6 months at a once off fee of R550.00.


 2.6) All packages comes with a Webalizer, a fully featured tool that generates advanced web stats from the server logs in an easy to use graphical format.



3)Hosting is done on a month to month basis with no contracts.



 4.1) Your monthly payment order takes immediate effect once your domain has been registered.

 4.2) If for any reason your monthly is not payed on time, you will be liable for a R200 administration fee.

 4.3) If you’re monthly hosting fee returns for more than 2 consecutive months, your services will be terminated and you run the risk of losing your allocated domain name, If the payment is consecutively we will have no alternative but to hand the account to the legal department for collection and any legal cost incurred will be payable by you. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE ON PURPOSE, THE PERSON OR COMPANY WILL BE HANDLED BY ITC.


4.4) In the event of you stopping your monthly hosting without serving your cancellation or notifying us, your account will be automatically re-instated.


4.5) In the event of changing banking details a letter will be required to be faxed to our accounts department


 4.6) Domain renewals are billed annually and will be charged on the anniversary month of your agreement.



 5.1) A cancellation form need to be completed, this is available on request from your consultant.


 5.2) All cancellations are subjected to a 30 day calendar month notice.


 5.3) All accounts have to be settled before cancellation is served which includes unpaid invoices, unpaid hosting fees, domain renewals etc.


 5.4) If the client wishes to terminate their services to transfer over to a new ISP, the client will be liable for the domain charge of R750, cancellation fee of R350, irrespective of whether the designed site will be used or not thereafter. These packages cannot be sold individually.


 5.5) If the client chooses to transfer and has not issued a transfer ticket after the cancellation period,the clients account will automatically be reinstated for their services again, due to disk usage and server hosting.


5.6) If the client wishes to transfer their domain to a new ISP, a transferal fee of R450 is due and payable.



6)Support is offered during normal business hours. Our service is offered by experience.



7) Please not that any fees charged are not refundable.


8. Your order form has to be completed in full, if not your art work or design will not be released and an Afriwebs water mark will be on this rt work or design.

8.1) No changes will be completed if the order form is not emailed to Afriwebs
